Our refund policy is set out in our terms and conditions, but briefly the facts are:

• If you enrol on a distance learning course: There is a 30 day refund period. we will give you a full refund less any costs we may have incurred on your behalf such as registration fees with the Chartered Management Institute.
• If you enrol on a workshop: There is a sliding scale of cancellation charges depending on how far in advance you cancel your enrolment.
• If you by books from Blueprint direct: There is a seven day refund opportunity.
• If you buy downloadable products: there is not normally any refund as these items are immediately "consumed" by you.
