Personal loss is suffered – real or perceived – could be to do with importance, income, status, influence or
whatever.
Cannot understand or see a need for the change – nothing is wrong with the current situation.
Doesn’t like and/or respect the person/source of the change.
Doesn’t like or agree with the manner in which the change was handled.
Has a generally negative attitude towards the organisation and/or their own role.
Wasn’t consulted concerning the process of planning or introducing the changes and feels left out or
